Since 1985, The Beldotti family has been in the bakery business, operating with a strong commitment to quality baking and customer service.

Our breads are crafted in the artisan tradition, mixed, fermented, shaped, and scored by hand. The basic ingredients are always only flour, water, yeast, and salt. Other recognizable, fresh ingredients such as nuts, fruit, herbs, cheese, etc... are added to create many flavor variations.

Bread is the oldest, most basic food there is. It wasn't necessary to add chemicals to bread for centuries and we still don't. Buy your bread from where it is crafted and baked.

Our own fleet of courteous drivers deliver throughout the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Westchester, and Connecticut, 7 days a week.

We also distribute a full line of bakery products and NY Bagels.
